Getting from DIA to Boulder without a rental car

You don’t need a car for Film Week — venues cluster downtown and the festival shuttle covers the rest. Here’s the airport leg.

The direct answer

RTD’s AB1 SkyRide bus runs from Denver International to Downtown Boulder Station roughly hourly, takes about 70 minutes, and costs about $10. Luggage racks on board. From the station, every festival hotel is a short walk or a $8 ride.

When the AB1 doesn’t fit

Shared shuttles run on your schedule instead of RTD’s for $40–60 a seat. Rideshare from DIA lands around $80–100 with festival-week surge, so two or more people can split it and beat the shuttle math.

Getting around during the week

The free festival shuttle loops the venues 8am–midnight, and everything on Pearl Street is walkable. If the weather blesses you, Full Cycle rents winter e-bikes — genuinely faster than parking.
